An Exterior View Defined by Natural Stone

The exterior of Maison 43 is distinguished by the extensive use of natural stone, creating a strong and timeless architectural identity.

Approximately 2,500 square meters of stone have been applied across the villa’s exterior surfaces — an exceptional level of material coverage that reflects the scale, precision and attention to detail behind the project.

Rather than serving simply as a decorative finish, the stone forms an integral part of the architectural language of Maison 43. Its natural texture, subtle variations and refined detailing bring depth and character to the façade while complementing the villa’s contemporary proportions.

Combined with carefully designed exterior lighting, the stone surfaces take on a different character after sunset, highlighting the geometry and architectural details of the villa.
